Standard shipping in Australia: 2-6 business days, depending on whether you are located in a metro or regional area.
Express shipping available for additional costs: 1-2 business days for metro areas and 3-4 business days for regional areas. Express shipping unavailable for rural addresses.
AVA will send you a confirmation email once your payment has been processed. We will try to get your order to you as soon as possible. You will be notified if there will be a delay to your order or if the product you have ordered becomes out of stock.
NOTE: we cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers in Australia.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns - Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is for hygiene reasons. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (minus the original shipping costs to you) will be processed in the same method of payment.
Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping - To return your product, you should email email@example.com to find out the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
